Sales start, new plans launched at three new communitiesSuburban Chicago Newspapers Gladstone Homes will offer pre-construction pricing as it introduces six new floor plans among three new communities Feb. 3. In addition, sales of Gladstone's Premier Series of 10 single-family new-home plans ranging from nearly 3,300 to more than 4,000 square feet continue in North Aurora, Plainfield and Yorkville. Select decorated model homes from the series are available for purchase at several communities in the west and southwest suburbs. Gladstone is launching its Signature Series, a new series of single-family homes that will be available at Windstone Place in North Aurora, a 62-home community near Interstate 88, at Orchard Road and Oak Street. Signature Series floor plans to be released Feb. 3 are the 3,203 square-foot Artstone, the 3,206 square-foot Foxstone at and the 3,094 square-foot Penstone. Each designed with the Premier Series in mind. Signature Series homes offer an innovative use of space that creates open site lines, spacious yet functional kitchen and family room areas, dynamic master retreats, and a study in lieu of a traditional living room. Pre-construction pricing is starting in the low- to mid-300s. Models will be completed in February. Gladstone also is introducing three new townhome plans, the Oakstone, Marstone and Welstone, ranging from 2,145 to 2,645 square feet at The Townhomes of Oak Creek near I-88 and Farnsworth Avenue in North Aurora, and at Chatham Square on 127th Street west of Heggs Road in Plainfield. Pre-construction pricing on the new townhomes will start in the mid- to upper-200's with models opening at Oak Creek in February. "We're committed to growth and development in the west-southwest corridor," said Vicki Romanski, Gladstone Homes general sales manager. "We have several successful communities in these areas and now offer even more new home choices to our customers." Among those communities is Moose Lakes Estates in North Aurora, where single-family homes from Gladstone's Premier Series, such as the Wildstone, Jadestone and Ashstone, are being constructed. In addition, a 3,474-square-foot Brookstone model is available for purchase at Moose Lake Estates. At Heritage Oaks in Plainfield, where townhomes sold out late last summer, about a dozen Premier Series homesites remain. Decorated Models for sale at Heritage Oaks include the Premier Series Creststone at 4,012 square-feet and three townhome units, the Raystone, Timestone, and Daystone, ranging from 1,960 square-feet to 2,617 square-feet. Also in Plainfield, a 3,891 square-foot Premier Series Riverstone model is available for purchase at Gladstone's sold-out Water's Edge community. "Water's Edge was highly sought-after and Heritage Oaks entered it's final phase a full year ahead of schedule," Romanski said. "We're obviously thrilled at the level of interest but it's most exciting that we can still offer these popular plans and new ones to our customers in Plainfield." Gladstone's Premier Series of new homes will remain available in Plainfield at Windemere at Grande Park, a planned community featuring 17 distinct neighborhoods located three miles west of Route 59 on Heggs Road between 127th and 135th Streets. A model of the 3,848-square-foot Wildstone will open at Grande Park in February. This will replace the Wildstone model available for purchase at Thornberry Woods along 75th Street west of Route 53 in Naperville. Gladstone also is among the builders at Yorkville's 19-neighborhood master-planned community, Grande Reserve, along Route 34 west of Orchard Road. Gladstone is building 90 single-family homes from its Premier Series in Grande Reserve's Eaglecrest neighborhood, adjacent to the community's clubhouse and aquatic center.
